If you are experiencing problems with BoardTrace, please check below to make sure you are using the latest revision. You can find this information by clicking on the BoardTrace Help About menu item. If you are using an older revision you can check if your problem is listed. Even if it is not listed it is probably worthwhile upgrading to the latest revision. If you encounter a problem in the latest revision, please email us a problem report as described on the general support page.
